Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with ranch dressing, coating them evenly.
  • Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil for a golden crust.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
