Tuna Noodle Casserole is a comforting family favorite that combines creamy sauce, tender noodles, and savory tuna into a deliciously satisfying dish. Perfect for busy weeknights!

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk until smooth.
  4. Fold in drained tuna, frozen peas, and half a cup of cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the sauce mixture until well coated.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish; top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
