  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, eggs, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool slightly before serving.
