Ingredients
Scale
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. If using fresh berries, rinse them under cool water and pat dry.
In a blender, combine mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or lemon juice if needed.
Pour the blended mixture into an airtight container or ice cream maker bowl. If using an ice cream maker, churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until soft-serve consistency is achieved.
For firmer yogurt, transfer to the freezer for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for even freezing.
Once set, scoop into bowls or cones and top with extra berries or a drizzle of honey if desired.
Notes
Use ripe fruits for optimal sweetness.
Experiment with different berry combinations to customize flavors.
For added crunch, mix in granola or nuts before serving.
