Cheese and herb muffins are a savory treat, bursting with melted cheese and fresh herbs, perfect for breakfast or snacking.

  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
