2 fresh jalapeños, diced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
1 large egg
1 packet ranch dressing mix
½ cup ketchup
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
