  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread ketchup over the top and sprinkle with smoked paprika if desired.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving garnished with fresh parsley.
