A refreshing blend of watermelon and cucumber, this smoothie is a perfect thirst-quencher for summer gatherings. Easy to make and deliciously hydrating!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping the watermelon into chunks and peeling the cucumber.
  2. In a blender, combine watermelon, cucumber, Greek yogurt, honey/agave syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
  4. If using, add mint leaves and blend briefly until incorporated.
  5. For an extra cold smoothie, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with mint or watermelon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Substitute watermelon with cantaloupe for a different flavor.
  • Add a splash of coconut water for a tropical twist.
  •  Use frozen watermelon cubes instead of ice for added thickness.
