Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup icy cold water or ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chop the watermelon into cubes and slice the cucumber.
  2. Combine the watermelon, cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, and optional sweetener in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding cold water or ice cubes for desired consistency.
