  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse the berries under cool water and gently pat dry.
  2. In a blender, combine the berries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; add more honey if desired and blend again until sweetened to your liking.
  4. Pour into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. Scoop into bowls and garnish with extra berries or granola if desired.
