Grilled corn on the cob is a summer delight that brings sweet, smoky flavors to your barbecue. This simple recipe transforms fresh corn into a mouthwatering side dish that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C) and clean the grill grates.
  2. Remove husks and silk from each ear of corn, rinsing them under cold water to keep them moist.
  3. Generously spread softened butter over each ear of corn.
  4. Season with salt and pepper before placing directly on the grill.
  5. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and lightly charred.
  6. Drizzle lime juice over the corn before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Soaking the corn in cold water for 30 minutes before grilling helps retain moisture and prevents burning.
  •  sprinkle chili powder or cheese right after grilling for added flavor.
