  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup chopped canned or fresh peaches
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and sugar. Add warm milk and melted butter; stir until smooth.
  2. 2. Knead: Mix in salt and knead for about 8-10 minutes until dough is soft and elastic.
  3. 3. Let It Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  4. 4. Make the Filling: In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and peaches.
  5. 5. Roll and Assemble: Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter over it, sprinkle peach mixture evenly, roll tightly, and cut into slices.
