Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Fresh garlic
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Asparagus or green beans
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim asparagus or snap green beans, then rinse.
  3. On a baking sheet, place salmon fillets and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil; drizzle over the salmon.
