  • 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed berries, granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Toss gently to coat the berries.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup flour until crumbly.
  4. Spread the berry mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  •  To enhance flavor, experiment with adding nuts like pecans or almonds to the topping.
  •  For a twist, substitute some of the berries with seasonal fruits such as peaches or apples.
