2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
2 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, combine beef flank steak, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and sauté shredded carrots and bell peppers until tender-crisp (about 3-4 minutes).
Increase heat to high, add marinated beef to the pan, and cook until browned (approximately 5 minutes).
