Indulge in this easy Butter Garlic Salmon recipe that combines succulent salmon fillets with a rich, buttery garlic sauce. Perfect for any dinner occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic and chopping the parsley.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until foamy but not browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the fillets gently and cook for another 4-5 minutes, basting with remaining butter.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon just before removing it from the heat.

Notes

  •  For extra flavor, consider adding lemon zest or substituting parsley with dill.
  • If you prefer a lighter option, swap out butter for olive oil.
