  • 1 cedar plank (soaked for at least 1 hour)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 375°F).
  3. Pat the salmon dry and place it skin-side down on a cutting board. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
  4. Top with chopped dill or parsley.
  5. Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill until it begins to smoke.
  6. Carefully place the seasoned salmon on the cedar plank and close the grill lid.
  7. Grill for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
