  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and chop the mangoes, onion, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro. Set aside.
