  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Generously brush the teriyaki sauce over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
