Description

Ingredients

– 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)

– 1 can corn (drained)

– 1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)

– 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

– 2 tablespoons taco seasoning


Instructions

Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season lightly with salt and pepper.

2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chopped onion on top of the chicken.

3. Pour in enough chicken broth to cover all ingredients.

4. Sprinkle taco seasoning over everything and stir gently.
