  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
