Ingredients
Scale
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Gather all ingredients for easy access.
Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side) and reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add heavy cream and simmer gently.
Gradually stir in grated Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken into the sauce until well-coated. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a healthier twist, substitute fettuccine with zoodles or whole wheat pasta.
Add sautéed vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
