- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, or zucchini), finely chopped

- 2 tsp paprika
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
- Prep your veggies: Wash and finely chop the fresh vegetables.
