Ingredients
Scale
1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye)
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz large rigatoni
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
Handful of fresh spinach (optional)
Instructions
Dice steak into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tbsp butter, add steak, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and remaining butter, stirring until combined. Add Parmesan cheese until melted.
Boil rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and fold into the sauce with sautéed steak.
Toss in spinach just before serving to wilt.
Notes
Allow steak to rest before cutting for juiciness.
Feel free to add sautéed bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
