Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, add the fettuccine, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F). Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened (3-4 minutes).
  4. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth, then return sliced chicken and drained pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Notes

  • For a twist, add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
  • Substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for different protein options.
  • Use high-quality cheese for the best flavor; avoid pre-grated varieties.
