Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add sliced beef in batches; cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from pan.

  6. Return beef to the pan and drizzle with sauce; stir for another minute until everything is coated and glistening. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
