3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2 bell peppers, diced (any color)
1 medium onion, diced

Instructions
Dice the onion and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
