  • 1 head butter or romaine lettuce (about 8 large leaves)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and green onions; set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked.
