Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the insides; reserve the bread chunks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, and garlic powder until smooth. Fold in diced shrimp and imitation crab meat.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, shredded cheddar cheese, dill weed, and Old Bay seasoning until well combined.
  4. Spoon the filling into the hollowed bread bowl, packing it tightly. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving with reserved bread chunks as dippers.
