Ingredients

  • Fresh asparagus
  • Red and yellow bell peppers
  • Snap peas
  • Carrots
  • Garlic
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop vegetables into uniform pieces.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
