1 lb fresh white fish fillets (tilapia or cod)
8 soft corn tortillas
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup shredded green and purple cabbage slaw
1 ripe avocado, sliced
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F) and pat fish fillets dry.
In a bowl, mix lime juice, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the fish in the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Combine shredded cabbage with lime juice and salt in a separate bowl to make slaw.
