  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional toppings: chili powder, lime juice, or grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel back the husks of the corn and remove excess silk. Optionally soak the corn in water for about 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the corn directly on the grates for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are charred.
  4. Remove from grill and brush each ear with butter while still hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
