Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and clear space on your counter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Marinate the chicken in a zip-top bag with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the marinated chicken for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining glaze.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
  •  Substitute maple syrup with honey for a different sweetness.
  •  Add roasted vegetables alongside chicken for a complete meal.
