  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from bottom to top, folding in the sides as you go. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
