  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic and parsley before starting.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak up the sauce for an additional minute on low heat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
