  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Sauté chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  7. Combine: Add drained pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet; mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired creaminess.
