Bunny cupcakes are delightful, whimsical treats that brighten any occasion. Easy to make and irresistibly cute, they’re topped with fluffy frosting and charming decorations, guaranteed to bring smiles!

Ingredients

  • 1 box cupcake mix (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white frosting
  • Candy eyes for decoration
  • Optional: coconut flakes
  • Optional: food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cupcake mix, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill liners two-thirds full with batter.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Allow cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
  6. Generously spread white frosting on each cupcake.
  7. Add candy eyes on top and use extra frosting for noses and whiskers.
  8. Decorate with coconut flakes for ears if desired.
  9. Serve on a platter and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, substitute vanilla extract with almond extract.
  •  Use vibrant food coloring in the frosting for a festive touch.
