2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white frosting
Candy eyes for decoration

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a mixing bowl, combine cupcake mix, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fill liners two-thirds full with batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
Generously spread white frosting on each cupcake.
Add candy eyes on top and use extra frosting for noses and whiskers.
Decorate with coconut flakes for ears if desired.
