  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop garlic.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
