  • 12 large button mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and carefully remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, artichokes, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano until creamy and well combined.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
