  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil in an oven-safe dish.
  3. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes in the dish.
  4. Crumble feta cheese over the tomatoes.
  5. Create small wells in the feta mix and crack an egg into each well.
  6. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until egg whites are set but yolks remain slightly runny.
