  • 1 package (16.5 oz) sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the sugar cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a large circle, about half an inch thick.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden around the edges. Allow to cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Once the crust is cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie base using a spatula.
  5. Artfully arrange strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and kiwi slices on top of the frosting.
