Beef Kofta Kebabs are a flavorful blend of spiced ground beef, grilled to perfection for an unforgettable BBQ experience. Perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners!

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the meat mixture around each soaked skewer into long sausage shapes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F or 190°C) and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through until charred and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with pita bread or over rice.

Notes

  • For added flavor, let the meat marinate for at least an hour before grilling.
  •  Experiment with different spices like coriander or add finely chopped vegetables for extra texture.
