  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken into slider-sized pieces. In one bowl, mix flour and poultry seasoning; place panko breadcrumbs in another.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in the seasoned flour, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  5. While the chicken bakes, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha to create the sauce.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing chicken on buns and drizzling with sauce.
