Description
Tender salmon bites coated in a flavorful seasoning and tossed in a creamy, sweet, and spicy Bang Bang sauce. Made in the air fryer for a crispy, healthier, and delicious bite-sized treat!
Ingredients

- 1 lb (450g) fresh salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for heat)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Once the salmon is cooked, toss the bites in the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the salmon with a little cooking spray before air frying.
- Adjust the level of sriracha for more or less heat.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
