Description

Tender salmon bites coated in a flavorful seasoning and tossed in a creamy, sweet, and spicy Bang Bang sauce. Made in the air fryer for a crispy, healthier, and delicious bite-sized treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) fresh salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for heat)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  5. Once the salmon is cooked, toss the bites in the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

 

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the salmon with a little cooking spray before air frying.
  • Adjust the level of sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
